Introduction

Priya Krishna is an Indian-American food writer and YouTube personality. She is a regular contributor to several publications including The New York Times and The New Yorker, the author of the cookbook, Indian-ish, released in Spring 2019, and regularly appears on the Bon Appétit YouTube channel. She previously worked for Lucky Peach, and is the author of the college-centric cookbook, Ultimate Dining Hall Hacks.

Early life and education

Krishna was raised in Dallas, Texas. Her parents emigrated from India to the United States in the 1980s. Krishna attended Dartmouth College where she was a double major in government and French and graduated in the class of 2013.
