Introduction
Sadika Parvin Popy (known as Popy) is a Bangladeshi film actress and model. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress three times for the films Karagar (2003), Megher Koley Roud (2008) and Gangajatra (2009).
Early life
Popy originated from Dumuria Khulna. She studied in National Girls' School at Gobar Chaka in Khulna.
Career
Popy started her career with a showbiz program named 'Lux Ananda Bichitra' in 1995.
Popy debuted in the 1997 film Coolie, with actor Omar Sunny and directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar.
Popy debuted in television drama in Nayak, directed by Shahidul Islam Khan.
Popy performed in web series, Garden by Mitul, Indubala by Anonno Mamun.
