Biography
Philip Cummins AM is an Australian lawyer and former judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Cummins was the presiding judge in the Silk–Miller murders and Death of Daniel Valerio trials. As of 2014 Cummins is the chairperson of the Victorian Law Reform Commission.
