Nickell Robey-Coleman (born January 17, 1992) is an American football cornerback for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He played college football at USC.

Early life

A native of Frostproof, Florida, Robey-Coleman attended Frostproof Middle-Senior High School, where he played quarterback, wide receiver, defensive back, and return specialist. During his senior year, in 2009, he had 764 yards on 88 carries (8.9 avg.) with 9 TDs and caught 17 passes for 232 yards (13.7 avg.) with 6 TDs on offense, had 73 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles on defense and averaged 17.1 yards on 8 punt returns and 34.7 yards on 7 kickoff returns. Robey-Coleman was ranked as a four-star recruit and the 9th best cornerback coming out of high school by Rivals.com. He chose USC over West Virginia, Tennessee, and Clemson, among other schools.

College career

Robey-Coleman was a first team All-Pac-12 selection as a sophomore in 2011.

Robey-Coleman entered the 2013 NFL Draft after his junior season.

Robey-Coleman was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft. In a Week 7 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, Robey-Coleman recorded his first interception, returning it 19 yards for a touchdown. He is currently the starting nickel cornerback for the Bills.

On August 9, 2015, Robey-Coleman signed a two-year contract extension with the Bills.
