Biography

Princess Htake Hsu Myat Phaya (Burmese: ထိပ္စုမြတ်ဖုရား; 7 March 1886 - 21 July 1962), born in Madras, was the third daughter of the last ruling king of Burma, King Thibaw. She married her first husband, Htake Tin Ko Taw Gyi (died at Rangoon, 22 October 1954 or 11 November 1954), a grandson of Kanaung Mintha in 1922 and divorced him in 1929. She married her second husband, U Mya U (who died during the Japanese occupation), a lawyer.

She died at Maymyo on 21 July 1962.
