Menelaos Efstathiou (Greek: Μενέλαος Ευσταθίου; born 2 March 1999) is a Cypriot junior tennis player.
Efstathiou has a career high ATP singles ranking of 1485 achieved on 28 November 2016. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 1492 achieved on 19 December 2016.
On the junior tour Efstathiou has a career high ranking of 64 achieved on 30 January 2017. Efstathiou reached the quarterfinals of the 2017 Australian Open boys' singles championships.
Efstathiou has represented Cyprus in the Davis Cup, where he has a W/L record of 0–1.
