

Introduction
Luo Yu (Chinese: 骆羽; born 11 January 1991) is a female Chinese badminton player who specializes in doubles. Her current partner is her twin sister, Luo Ying. The twin competed at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics but did not advanced to the knocked-out stage after place third in the group stage. The biggest title of their career to date, the 2015 BWF Superseries Finals, sent the pair to #1 in the world rankings.

BWF Superseries
The BWF Superseries, launched on 14 December 2006 and implemented in 2007, is a series of elite badminton tournaments, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). BWF Superseries has two level such as Superseries and Superseries Premier. A season of Superseries features twelve tournaments around the world, which introduced since 2011, with successful players invited to the Superseries Finals held at the year end.
