Introduction
Wu Lei (born December 26, 1999), also known by his English name Leo Wu, is a Chinese actor. Wu is known in China as one of the "Four Little Heavenly Kings" along with Liu Haoran, Wang Junkai and Wang Yibo.
Career
In 2002, Leo filmed his first advertisement for Huang Jin Da Dang . From thereon, he filmed a total of 50 advertisements in a span of 2 years, thus beginning his entertainment career. In 2005, he starred in his first television series The Legend and the Hero, playing Nezha.
Leo first gained attention in the comedy series Home with Aliens in 2009. He was recommended by Director Xiang Jing for the role, who recognized his talents. The following year, he starred in the family drama Naughty boy Xiaotiao Ma. He won the Outstanding Child Actor award at the Flying Apsaras Awards for his performance, solidifying his popularity.
He further raised his profile through his role in as "Da Zhang Fu" in Little Heores (2012).
In 2014, Leo starred in Yu Zheng's Romance of the Condor Heroes, portraying young Yang Guo, which earned him the title of "Positive Image Idol".
In 2015, he starred as Li Xiaoyao in the web drama Pal Inn and endorsed the video of game of the same name. The web drama garnered over 300 million views, and became a huge topic online. This was followed by well-received turns in popular television dramas The Whirlwind Girl and Nirvana in Fire, which gained him more popularity.
The same year, he became a cast member of the variety program Smart 7, and joined Twenty-Four Hours as a co-host.
In 2017, Leo took on his first leading role in the fantasy period web-drama, Magic Star.

Leo has been cast in a number of high-profile projects.
In 2015, he was cast in The Wonder, a collaboration between China and Hollywood.
In 2016, he was cast in the action-adventure thriller Smart Chase: Fire & Earth, helmed by French director Julien Seri. Leo was also announced to play the titular character in Nezha. He is also confirmed as the male lead for Asura, a fantasy film set to be released in 2018.
In 2017, Leo was cast in the Fights Break Spheres, a drama based on the xianxia novel Battle Through the Heavens.
