Julius Sachs (July 6, 1849 – February 2, 1934) was an American educator. He founded Sachs Collegiate Institute in 1872, and served as the schools principal until 1902, when he was appointed Professor of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Sachs was born into the Goldman–Sachs family of bankers. He married Rosa Goldman, daughter of Marcus Goldman, in 1874.
Inspired by Julius' brother Bernard Sachs, Julius' son Ernest Sachs became a notable physician.
