Introduction

Joe Ford (born 4 June 1990) is a rugby union footballer who plays at fly-half for Yorkshire Carnegie, formerly known as Leeds Carnegie.

His brother George plays for Bath. He is the son of former England defence coach Mike Ford who is now the head coach at Toulon. Joe has recently married the love of life Connie on 9 July 2016.

In 2017, it was announced that Leicester Tigers are interested in signing him as back-up.

Ford played for the Northampton Saints in the 2010-11 English Premiership.

Career

Joe was formerly a member of the Bradford Bulls Academy and played amateur rugby league for the St Albans Centurions.
