Jamal Agnew (born April 3, 1995) is an American football cornerback for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL).
Professional career
The Detroit Lions selected Agnew in the fifth round (165th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. On May 12, 2017, the Lions signed Agnew to a four-year, $2.65 million contract with a signing bonus of $258,364. In Week 2 on Monday Night Football, Agnew scored his first NFL touchdown on an 88-yard punt return in the fourth quarter in a 24-10 win over the New York Giants, earning him NFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
