Introduction

Jake Sinclair is a Grammy Award-nominated producer, musician and songwriter best known for working with artists such as Panic! at the Disco, Taylor Swift, 5 Seconds of Summer, Fall Out Boy, Pink, Weezer, and Train. He also is a founder and member of the band Alohaha.

Career

Sinclair started playing music at 7 years old in his hometown, Boise, Idaho, and formed his first band at age 11. After moving to New York, his high school band, The Films, got signed to a major label. Acclaimed producer Butch Walker produced the band's second album, and after The Films split up, Walker suggested Jake move to LA. Sinclair took his advice, ending up in the studio with such multi-platinum artists as Weezer, Taylor Swift and Train.
