

Henry Stone (comedian)
Introduction
Henry Stone (born 21 May 1988) is an award winning Australian comedian, writer, actor and director. He is a member of the sketch comedy groups Skills in Time & Fancy Boy.
Originating from Queensland, he began performing comedy in Brisbane in 2009, the same year he also formed sketch comedy group, Skills in Time, with friend Greg Larsen. In 2010 Skills in Time were joined by friend and comedian Sam Campbell. Skills in Time's youtube channel has amassed over 3 million views and the group have performed two live stage shows, Big City Dreams & Checkmates. Stone also used the groups Youtube channel as a platform for his comedy character Jaydos, which he performed from 2010–2014. In 2015 Skills in Time produced a pilot for SBS, titled 'Looking Back'.
In 2014 Stone, along with Greg Larsen, co-created a new sketch group based in Melbourne, Fancy Boy. Joined by Stuart Daulman, John Campbell and later Jonathan Schuster, their show 'Variety Show' went on to win the Golden Gibbo award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In 2016, Fancy Boy were commissioned to create a TV sketch show for ABC TV and Seeso, with Stone taking the role of writer and performer.
As a stand up comedian Henry has toured extensively and performed on Triple J's 'Good Az Friday', at Splendour in the Grass & was a part of Melbourne International Comedy Festival 'Comedy Zone' in 2011, alongside Luke Heggie, Jennifer Wong, Ronnie Chieng and Daniel Connell. He also was a contributor to the Triple J Debate Night series in 2013 and opened American comedian Joe Mande's Australian shows in 2015.
Stone is an active screen director, having helmed short films, commercials, as well as music videos for artists including Allday, Matt Okine & COUSINS. His web series, Dirty Bird, was co-directed with Sam Campbell.
Henry co-hosted The Blank Slate Movie Podcast before departing in 2016 and has appeared on the podcasts Hey Fam!, Steele Wars & Free to a Good Home.
Personal life
Stone grew up in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. He received a degree in Film & Screen Production from Griffith University. He now resides in Sydney, Australia.
