George Tsivadze (Georgian: გიორგი ცივაძე; born 2 January 1993) is a Georgian tennis player.
Tsivadze has a career high ATP singles ranking of 733 achieved on 22 June 2015. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 528 achieved on 28 November 2016. Tsivadze has won three ITF doubles titles.
Tsivadze has represented Georgia in the Davis Cup, where he has a W/L record of 17–15.
