Georg 'Schorsch' Volkert (born November 28, 1945 in Ansbach) is a retired German football player.

He played in 410 games in Bundesliga and scored 125 goals. He was under contract in Switzerland, playing for FC Zürich, too.

The forward won 12 caps for West Germany between 1968 and 1977. He scored 2 goals in his debut.
