Biography
Frank Seamans is the former tenor singer for the Southern Gospel Quartet Legacy Five. He originally sang with The Sound, the group that brought Legacy Five lead singer Scott Fowler's attention to the Cathedrals Quartet. He is now serving as Pastor of Freedom Fellowship Church in Pearland, TX.
