Introduction
Dennis Melville Riggin (April 11, 1936 – April 2, 2016) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played 18 games in the National Hockey League. He played two short stints with the Detroit Red Wings, but spent the rest of his hockey career in the minors:
OHA Windsor Spitfires 1951-1953
OHA Sr Hamilton Tigers 1953-1954
OHA Hamilton Tiger Cubs 1953-55
WHL Edmonton Flyers 1955-1963
AHL Pittsburgh Hornets 1962-1963
Post-hockey Riggin worked at Molson’s for 30 years in London, Ontario and Toronto before retiring to Kincardine.
