Introduction
David Milchard (born 1974) is a Canadian film and television actor, producer, and comedian. He is known for his roles in Convos with My 2-Year Old (2013-2017,) Paranormal Solutions Inc. (2016,) and Fast Layne (2019) and for producing Afterparty (2013,) Small Cop (2017,) and Nesting (2019.)
Early life and education
Milchard was born in 1974 in Deep River, Ontario, Canada. He attended MacKenzie High School in Deep River, Ontario, Canada. As a student, he was active in stage and theater.
In the years 1997–1998, he attended Western University, Ontario, Canada.
Career
Milchard made his debut in show business in 2002, appearing as "Henry" in "Rat in the House" episode of the television show, The Chris Isaak Show. In August 2003, he was seen portraying "Eddie" in "Sunday Mornings" episode of television comedy, Dead Like Me. Around the same time, he made his debut as a producer with a short comedy film, Headshot, which was directed by Drew McCreadie.
After appearing in a variety of films and television series such as Headshot (2003,) Stargate: Atlantis (2004,) White Noise 2: The Light (2007,) The Eye (2008,) and jPod (2008,) he released his next production, The Valet, in October 2008. The short film was directed by Drew McCreadie and had Brendan Beiser, Ellie Harvie, and Andy Thompson in lead roles.
In 2013, with Matt Clarke and Darshan Rickhi, Milchard co-produced and co-directed a YouTube comedy web series titled, Convos with My 2 Year Old. Milchard played the character of "Coco," Matt Clarke played the role of "Matt," and other members of the cast included Michael P. Northey, Christina Sicoli, Sonja Bennett, and Matty Finochio. The film was launched under the banner of Cocomilk Productions, which is a creative partnership between Milchard and Matt Clarke. The film went viral on social media and won many nominations and accolades, including:

In 2019, Milchard produced three episodes of television comedy, Nesting, starring himself alongside Matt Clarke and Christina Sicoli. Most recently, he produced a comedy film titled, An Awkward Balance –– the film starring Sara Canning, Ben Cotton, Stephen Lobo, and Christina Sicoli is currently in the post-production phase with the release date yet to be announced. As an actor, he last played the character of a chef in the film Flora and Ulysses (release date to be announced.)
Milchard and Matt Clarke also serve as chief creative officers for Vancouver-based video production company, Tilt9.

Michard married Canadian actress and producer, Christina Sicoli on 25 May 2013. The two have worked together in numerous television shows and films including Afterparty (2013,) Paranormal Solutions Inc. (2016,) Small Cop (2017,) and Nesting (2019.)
