Biography
Daniel Zolnikov (born January 29, 1987) is a Republican member of the Montana Legislature. He was elected to House District 47 which represents Billings, Montana After redistricting, he now represents House District 45. He is noted for pursuing pro-privacy legislation.
Much of his privacy legislation was emulated by other states after the Edward Snowden revelations.
He has given talks at DEF CON and Young Americans for Liberty events.
