

Introduction
Connor Richard John Roberts (born 23 September 1995) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays for Swansea City.
Club career
Swansea City
After progressing through Swansea City Academy, Roberts signed a one-year professional contract with the Swans in 2014. In May 2015, Roberts won the 2014–15 Professional U21 Development League 2 title as part of the Swansea Under-21 team. Roberts signed a new two-year contract with Swansea in at the end of the season 2014–15 season.
Yeovil Town loan
On 8 August 2015, Roberts joined Football League Two side Yeovil Town on a one-month loan deal, he made his debut later that day in a 3–2 defeat against Exeter City. On 6 January 2016, Roberts signed his fifth loan extension with the Glovers, thereby agreeing to stay at Huish Park until the end of the season. Roberts played in 54 times for Yeovil, missing only one match all season due to his call-up to the Wales under-21 side, and walked away with three player of the year awards as well as the club's young player of the year award.
Bristol Rovers loan
In August 2016, Roberts joined Football League One side Bristol Rovers on a six-month loan deal. On 27 September 2016, Roberts signed a new three-year contract with Swansea until June 2019. On 1 October 2016, Roberts made his debut for the club in a 3–2 victory over Northampton Town. On 15 December 2016, after only making five appearances for Bristol Rovers, Roberts returned to Swansea prematurely after his loan deal was terminated.
International career
Roberts has been capped at Wales under-19 level. In March 2016, Roberts received his first call-up to the Wales under-21 side for their 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification matches, and made his debut as a second-half substitute in their 2–1 defeat against Romania, on 29 March 2016.
