William Anton "Bill" Fischer (March 10, 1927 – January 20, 2017), nicknamed "Moose", was an American football offensive lineman who played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Cardinals. With the Cardinals, he was invited to three Pro Bowls. He played college football for the University of Notre Dame, where he won two national championships, was twice named a consensus All-American, and was awarded the Outland Trophy as the nation's top lineman.
Fischer died on January 20, 2017 in Cape Coral, Florida. He was 89.
