Introduction

Arthur Kullmer (17 August 1896 – 28 March 1953) was a German general in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded several divisions. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves of Nazi Germany. Kullmer died on 28 March 1953 in Soviet captivity.
