Biography
Arthur Carle Griggs (December 10, 1884 – December 19, 1938) was an American professional baseball first baseman, outfielder and second baseman, who played for the St. Louis Browns, Cleveland Naps, and Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the Brooklyn Tip-Tops of the Federal League in 1914 and 1915.
Griggs played left halfback during college at the University of Pittsburgh.
