Introduction

Alexander Holle (27 February 1898 – 16 July 1978) was a German general (Generalleutnant) in the Luftwaffe during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany.

  • German Cross in Gold on 11 May 1942 as Oberst with Kampfgeschwader 26
