Biography
Abigail Pogrebin (born May 17, 1965) is an American writer. She is the author of the 2005 book Stars of David: Prominent Jews Talk About Being Jewish. She is a daughter of Letty Cottin Pogrebin, the co-founder of Ms. magazine, and Bert Pogrebin, a management-side labor lawyer. She is the identical twin sister of Robin Pogrebin.
Her second book, One and the Same: My Life As an Identical Twin and What I’ve Learned About Everyone’s Struggle to Be Singular, was published in October 2009.
As a teenager, she was in the original cast of the Broadway musical Merrily We Roll Along.
