Aaron Lee Northcraft (born May 28, 1990) is a professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent.
The Atlanta Braves selected Northcraft out of Mater Dei High School in the 2009 MLB Draft. Pitching for the Lynchburg Hillcats of the Class A-Advanced Carolina League in 2012, Northcraft threw a no-hitter. He was added to the team's 40-man roster on November 20, 2012. In 2014, he played for the Gwinnett Braves of the Class AAA International League.
On December 19, 2014, the Braves traded Northcraft and Justin Upton to the San Diego Padres in exchange for Max Fried, Jace Peterson, Dustin Peterson, and Mallex Smith. The Padres designated Northcraft for assignment in February 2015 when they signed James Shields.
